If you are having corruption in MDF file of MS SQL Server, you have two solutions for that. One is repair the file by using a manual repair trick and other one is recover data from corrupted MDF file by using a 3rd party tool. To repair the corrupted MDF file with the manual trick, you must have Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio on your system. You can read the blog given below to know how to repair corrupted MDF file:
http://semnaitik.wordpress.com/2014/02/22/how-to-repair-corrupted-ms-sql-database-file/

Or, if you want to recover your data from corrupted MDF file, then you can try some 3rd party recovery tools. First evaluate them by using their free demo version. Whichever you find best, get its licensed version.

Thanks. <Smile>
