Bonjour,

Après la dernière mise à jour installée hier, je reçois des messages en multiple à longueur de journée un derrière les autres et ceci quand mon pc est allumé la journée.Les messages reçus pc éteint arrivent normalement.

To Incredimail Support: As you can see, there are many of us frustrated with the results of this latest upgrade. Please post a fix or when a fix will be available. I agree with the other posts that I will not be upgrading ever again if I can get IM working properly. If not, I will be permanently deleting it and using other e-mail programs. I like using Stationery with IM but enough is enough and we need a program that is reliable.

I too suffered the same problems after latest update of IM 2.0. (Now fixed)
After sending PM (as requested) to IncrediModerator I received fix.
I downloaded and installed it yesterday (Friday). Problems were fixed but thought I'd use it for 24 hrs before reporting... and I'm glad to say problem is completely resolved.
No more runtime errors/crashes/freezes/multiple messages.
After install IM configures itself based on your previous settings. All is back to normal. <Yes> <Clapping>
I am using XP Pro SP3 IE8

I tried everything to no avail. What I finally did was to go to Help Support and did a Restore System to an earlier date (a few days before the update) and it solved the problem. When I opened incredimail it prompted me to update but please do not!!

I am having issues with the upgrade causing multiple emails, crashes, and run time errors

Incredimail has been updated to eliminate the problems of run time errors and collecting the same emails multiple times. Thanks incredimail. I am happy once more.
