To perform NSF to PST conversion, you can try a 3rd party converter app. There are many software companies in the market which are providing NSF to PST Converter tools. You can use any of them.

Or if you are looking for a manual trick that requires no 3rd party tool for NSF to PST conversion, then I can share one here. By using export feature of IBM Lotus Notes, you can export all the data from an NSF database file. After that, you need to import the data (exported earlier) to Microsoft Outlook. This technique may require some time, but you must try it before buying any 3rd party tool. To know more about this technique, you can read this blog:
http://semnaitik.wordpress.com/2014/04/17/how-to-export-lotus-notes-nsf-data-to-windows-outlook/

Hope this would be helpful.

Thanks. <Smile>
