I would like to suggest use edb to pst converter software to convert exchange edb files with complete properties such as To, Cc, Bcc, Subject, Date and Time. It is an advance and effective software to restore lost exchange mailbox items such as inbox, outbox, contacts, calendars, sent items, deleted items etc. More information visit here: http://sonikarawat.wordpress.com/2013/12/21/what-does-sysinfotools-exchange-bkf-recovery-software-do-and-how-to-use/
