Crashes when switching users

I have sent in error reports along with messages as to what exactly happened and have received no response. I have called and left messages and gotten no response, and 3 days ago my desktop took a major dirt nap because of all of it and I had to reinstall windows XP, I have windows Vista on my lap top and it does the same thing. I have upgraded ..reinstalled..tried everything and still the same problem. I have been using the free version of Incredimail for many years and was considering upgrading but if this is how it is going to be Im thinking not. What could be causing this problem? It tells me it has encountered an error and must close and reopens in the identity i was trying to change to.Im at the point where Im ready to give up on it and find a different way to get my email.
