Little red X

Why is there a Little red X on the body .. signature?
Screenshot attached.
No one can save my letters by the little "New" Symbol when sent in BCC column..
When I send my letters they see only little red X's.if they reply or forward them.

According to the screenshot it seems that you are using IncrediMail Xe.

Please upgrade to IncrediMail 2 by clicking here.

Thank YOU for your answer to the Little Red X. I have since upgraded to the New Incredimail 2...still have the same little red X in the same place.
Any help for this is appreciated.

Here is a screen shot of the new Letter Creator 2 with the same Red X.
Could this be the reason I have no "New" save symbol when sending in the BCC column by "Multiple" addresses/
Please help fix these two problems.

Hi Deja,

That little red x represents a missing image file. In this case the script portion of the 'J Barvuz' signature. Why you're missing that signature image I can't say, but I don't think it's related to your missing "New" symbol.

I have this same problem since I did the last update with incredible mail. I even had Dell check it out and they say it is an incredible mail problem. Please help us correct it. It is very frustrating and I'm about ready to switch back to Outlook express even though I love my skins. I did download Incredible mail 2.0 and this did not help. I have done nothing else new on my computer. I run on Windows XP and I have Windows Explorer 8.0. PLEASE HELP US!!!
