Incredimail Registration Code Error
I just upgraded my computer to Windows 7 Professional and installed Incredimail. I used the Data and Settings Transfer Wizard just like I always do but it did not transfer my Premium Account settings over. I just tried to enter my Premium code by entering it in the "Enter registration code" in the help menu and I get the error "This code can not be automatically activated again". I looked at some of the other posts here that say to delete the license folder located at C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data but I do not see a "ProgramData" file in My Computer when I look in the C drive. I also looked in the Incredimail folder and do not see one in there either. I even did a search using the search bar for ProgramData and get no results. Any help getting my Incredimail Premium features back would be appreciated.

I forgot to add: I'm running the latest version of Incredimail XE.

In your case, you will have to contact the Support Team and ask them to reset your IncrediMail Premium registration code.

i've been trying for 3 weeks to get them to reset mine and nobody knows what they're doing.
