impossible to register IM premium

I'm unable to register IM premium on my new computer ( im bought 4 years ago), but the gold option still works and registers perfectly ??...I tried to solve this rather annoying problem by deleting licences in the IM folder, with no result

This bug appears whatever OS is running (XP 32, 7 64, french).

Is anybody able to give me some hints to solve this problem?
