Over a week and still no response!

Due to a pc crash and its hard drive collapsing I have not been able to reactivate my codes after the installation of a new hard disk drive because I did not have the time to export them before the pc crash and the old hard disk drive failure.
I have requested help twice now and as it has been over a week with no response other than the apathetic excuse that 'they are trying hard to reply to requests for help'.
I have paid for these programs and I expect to be able to use them and be ignored by the sales team!
Is there any intention of reactivating my codes or must I take the legal route and sue you for taking payment then failing to supply the srervice I had paid for?
My patience is now at an end.
