Incredimail 2 refuses my prem. license code

Once again, I have had to reinstall windows and everything else (I hate Vista) and I had to re-download Incredimail and re-install it. When I tried to put my license code in for premium service a message appeared that said the code was invalid. It shouldn't be! Can you help? Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas!
