Cannot get my Licences to work

Hi
I purchased a lifetime premium licence with gold gallery and letter creator plus others, I have been working with Incredimail for over 5 years and on Tuesday it just stopped working <Surprised> ( it was xe ) I tried to re-install but to no avail I am useing Windows 7 64 bit, I am getting frustrated as I have lost all my folders and cannot register the new version??, I have followed all the instruction on this forum but to no avail every time I try and register it comes up Error Code -5, <Devil> Can some one help please, <Sad Smile>

While you have replied via PM, I have done as you have asked and supplied the information, how long do I have to wait now, I understand that you may be busy but there has got to be more than one person dealing with the complaints from IM, I am getting fed up with waiting for a solution to my problem so can someone please get my problem sorted as I would like to have my IM the way I wanted it and paid for it. <Devil>

Your codes have been reset on September 19th and you should be able to register them.

I have been requested to email "purchase@IncrediMail.com" but it has been a fortnight and I have had no reply. I cannot register my lifetime licence on Windows 7.
Why is Incredimail making it so difficult for their original customers who helped the company to grow in the first place??
