Licenses in NOT working.

I saw a post on this and I've already TRIED to contact purchase@incredimail.com and I'm not getting anywhere. I have to licenses that I keep getting an error message on. It is telling me that the codes cannot automatically be activated. I want to know how to fix this! I had to reformat my computer after a crash and it was working just fine until then!!

After you enter a code three times without removing it - it gets locked and can only be rest by the IncrediMail Support. When formatting your computer you need to remove the code so that you will be able to enter it again.

<Sad Smile> I am ready to just remove this program even though I've paid the money for the fun stuff. It's not fun to not be able to use what you have paid for. To know that I should have removed my licenses before reformatting my computer would have been really nice to know but in this case I didn't even have the option. IM wasn't working and other things went crazy so I did the reformat. Now I just want my stuff back. How long does this take? <Sad Smile>

Please note that there is no reason for you not to be able to use the code you have purchased.
