Status Please

I bought Incredimail & Incredimail Protection Center. It didn't work well with my computer, so I uninstalled it. I then wrote to with all of the information required. I never got a robo-response that my email had been received and haven't heard from them well over a week. Since then, I've sent the same email two more times. I still did not get the robo-response. I'm thinking that before this is taken care of, I am going to be past my return date and be stuck with software that I cannot use.

I checked my sent mail, and I did send them all to I have no idea why I am not showing up. In retrospect, before I uninstalled Incredimail, I should have used the VIP link to write to, but that's a moot point.

Could someone please check if my refund request was even received? I'd be very grateful.
