Not able to access Gold Features

Your IncrediMail Version: 2
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
It's been acting this way from the get go.
I'm a gold member.
Both of my Reg codes are logged in.
I am always being asked to upgrade to the Premium
I'm still getting the ads (top right) won't let me shut them down.
I've added incredimail.com to the exceptions list


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
No errors
system is slow


Please provide a full description of the problem:

I would like you to try the following steps:

1) Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon and select 'Exit' .

2) Browse to the following path:

C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data

3) Completely delete the 'License' folder.

4) After deleting, try to register your IncrediMail Premium and Gold Gallery again.

Please let me know the results.

I did EXACTLY as you said and it's still the same way. I must add that I also downloaded the file that was associated in some way with IncrediMail and it was called Magnetic. I believe that caused what I called "The White Screen of Death". I could still access information if I did a Ctl Alt Del. I uninstalled Magnetic and that solved my White Screen etc and that's fine now. I have allowed cookies for IncrediMail.com... Still need help with the ads.... and I think once that is fixed it will allow me to download other add ons rather than tell me to buy the PREMIUM. As stated before I am a Gold Member... Thanks for your quick response.

It seems that you haven't entered your IncrediMail Premium registration code. Try to register your IncrediMail Premium registration code, simply click the 'Help' menu and select 'Enter Registration Code...'.

I've entered that information 3 times now. It always says that I have a Lifetime License. After doing so I check and it's the same way. I shut down mail and try and it's the same. I reboot and it's the same and it always says I have a lifetime License. Thanks

So your saying that I still have to receive the advertisements with a Gold Member ????????????????????

As I wrote to you above this is not one of the Gold Gallery features. In order to remove the advertisments from IncrediMail you need to have IncrediMail Premium, which offers:

  • No advertisements displayed in IncrediMail
  • No link at the bottom of outgoing email
  • Advanced Account Access - Preview messages on your mail server
  • Voice Recorder
  • Smart Notifier - Specific Notifiers for specific senders
  • Skins - Changing the way IncrediMail looks
  • VIP Support
