Hello,
I am going to post a thread about this anyways because I also see the threads dealing with not being able to use a lifetime membership are not being answered. We all would like an answer. I cannot use my lifetime codes on the laptop they were originally used on because I had to reformat my HD. I could not get into Windows to remove the codes before reformatting. I was sent my codes and reinstalled IM2 but when I enter each, I get a message "This code cannot be automatically activated again". The below directions came with my codes:

Manual registration instructions (repeat for each code):

On the computer with which you intend to use the product, make sure that
your computer is connected to the Internet and follow these simple steps:

1. Open IncrediMail.

2. Copy the registration code located above the instructions.

3. In the main window of the IncrediMail application, click on the Help
menu (in the task bar) and select "Enter Registration Code". Paste or
insert your registration code in the appropriate text-box.

4. An "Enter Registration Code" dialog will open.

5. Click "Enter" to activate your code.

6. You are ready to begin.


Important Notes:
1. After you have activated your code, you will not be able to use the
license on another computer or enter it again on the same computer after
formatting the hard disk. If you plan on formatting your PC or want to
move your license to another computer, please follow the directions on:

I was not moving my licenses to another computer just reformatting the same computer.

2. Your IncrediMail version may be old and you may need to download and
run the "IncrediMail upgrade" in order to register. The upgrade file can
be found at: http://www.incredimail.com/english/download.html ).
I have the latest version.

3. If you are experiencing any problems, go to our Trouble Shooters Page

Please note that we do not cancel lifetime subscription, the only possible issue with a lifetime code can be that it needs to be reset by the IncrediMail Support (if you have entered it three times without removing it).
