Can't activate my livetime-IM

Hallo,

I install my IM on a new Computer, but I can't activate this. <Sad Smile>
The reference says: These code can not automatic activate ! Please contact purchase@incredimail.com

I contact the contact, but they don't speak german and can't help me.
