Auto Renewal

Hello. I received an e-mail on 10/23/2012, stating that my credit card was charged $39.95 for Incredimail auto renewal. I assumed this was for the Junk Mail Filter. The e-mail also stated that if I didn't want this, I could reply to the e-mail and I would get a refund. That is what I did. My credit card was charged $39.95 anyway. I have sent the purchasing dept. several e-mails stating I wanted a refund, and I Do Not want to be on auto renewal. No replies from Incredimail. What do I have to do to get these people to respond to my requests?

Doesn't anyone answer questions here? I thought this was supposed to be a help forum. I see I got as much help here as I did with writing e-mails to Incredimail.
