paid but no activation code

hi
i bought plus version of incredimail ,its paid by paypal and i got the email with all bla bla but no activation code ,i send the email to purchase deptt but no reply

Hello, I too have not received further emails, and no registration code after I paid. What can I do? I paid by immediate transfer. It's now been a week. <Sad Smile>

I paid for Gold Gallery 11/25/2012 and still waiting on registration code. It was taken out of bank the same date so when can i expect the registration code? I have spent over half hour twice on phone !-800-713-7784 and still no help if not very soon i just want my 14.95 back.[img][/img]

I bought Gold Gallery on Nov. 25th, paid using paypal. I have not received anything from incredimail, no email, nothing. I have written to VIP service, also sent an email to payment@incredimail. I've heard nothing. It's been over a week now. I've never had to wait this long after purchasing something. I would like what I paid for please.

hi,

I bought Gold Gallery on 6 DECEMBRE 2012, paid using paypal. I have not received anything from incredimail, no email, nothing.
I did an error in my address email
what can i do ?

I am having the same issue. I paid for subscription renewal 3 days ago, and received the message "A temporary error has occurred."

I emailed customer support and received no response. My paypal account has been charged but still no code!
