Registration codes lost when HD failed - please help??

Registration codes lost when HD failed - please help??

About 3 weeks ago my notebook running Windows 7 came up with a message saying your Hard Drive is detecting imminent failure (nice of it to warn me)..

So i quickly did a backup and after having a new HD installed under warranty went through the tedious task of re-installing all my programs.
However when i restored my backup it had all my emails but not the registration codes for Incredimail.. I didn't think of getting them when i did the backup so now they are lost.. I bought Incredimail Premium with Letter bundle in approx July 2005?? and paid for a lifetime membership..

On the 25th Oct i lodged a Support request and received an email saying they would get back to me but to date i have had no reply, nothing!

I rely heavily on my email for our businesses and i would very much appreciate if someone could look into Ticket #448851054 and please get back to me ASAP!

have send incredimail 10 email requesting my codes still I don't have an awnser
