hello. asking for your help please. I bought the Premium license for life in 2005.
it was a bit of time that I did not use incredimail but now I decided to install it again. the problem is that I do not accept more code. I wrote to 'support but I did not answer. how can I do? thanks for your help and sorry for my English. I'm Italian

Hello support, I have exactly the same problem. Sent an email days ago and no reply. Probably due to the Christmas rush.

I have installed Incredimail 2 on a new computer and will be removing it from my old computer.
When I try to use my Lifetime licence it will not let me imput the licence.

Says to contact Incredimail support. Help please

I have the same problem!
I purchased this ages ago and lost my registration kley they kindly resent to me. However, it refuses to activate.

My issue is this:
I have sent the required email (4 times) to: purchase@incredimail.com absolutely no response *except* about 4-5 days later the emails are bounced back to me.

Looking at the site is a nightmare as when I try to ask a question about lost codes, it asks for my email address and resends the code which DO NOT work!!! help!!!!!!!

ps if this does not work I am simply giving up on Incredimail. I am a med retired systems engineer and never had such a bad experience of "customer service". This is my last throw!

Just spent 4 hours reading similar problems as I have.

It appears my "lifetime key" I purchased is worthless and the customer support is both non existent and uncaring.

So to all I wish a very joyful Christmas, mine will have the added bonus of removing incredimail completely and staying with tried and tested outlook.
