Help With Registration codes

Help!! When I installed a new operating system Windows7 I was not able to recover Letter Creator or Incredimal Premium. My codes do not work. I have tried all the suggestions but still can not recover codes. I do have different email address since has been many years ago when I first purchased items. I did send my old address in order for original codes and they were found but not sent to new address. Old address was elizandcliff@comcast.net which is absolete. My new address is elizabeth2818@att.net. Please help. Thank you.

hello,
i have a problem with the registrationscode for IM_PREM
i have window7 new installed because my computer was crashed, and now the lettercreator-licens is acceptet and the IM_Prem can´t automatly acctivated....
i have write the probelms at purchase......and they have send me 2 ticketnumbers, but incredi says me that they are wrong....
the following things with licenses delete i have made but it don´t work
please help me

I am having issues with my Premium code as well. I have sent a few emails to support with no response. Any admin please help. Thanks

why wont purchase@incredimail.com answer messages been trying to get codes activated but they do not reply
