Protection Center Registration ERROR 5

Recently my Junk Filter expired. I renewed 11/15/2012 and printed my invoice/receipt with the registration code. When I enter the code in the registration box I get the "ERROR 5" response. I have tried to enter it with 'cut and paste' and manual entry several times. Same result every time. I never received an e-mail with the confirmation and registration number attached.

I have confirmed that I have the latest version of INCREDIMAIL installed. I have emailed "purchase@incredimail" and "payment@incredimail" several times. I have also tried the VIP contact form 3 times over the last week. No response from anyone.

I love the e-mail program and the junk filter was great. It has been almost two weeks now without a junk filter. I hate having to delete, delete, delete.

Ideas?

We have developed a special utility that you may use to correct the situation you have described.

Please note this utility is specifically configured for the computer you are currently using (it recognizes your particular User ID) and cannot be used on any other computer.

To use this please click the link below:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Registration code accepted, program downloaded, seems to be working fine.
