I paid for a lifetime membership and now the code says expired??? I already paid a long time ago for premium I need another license code or fix this one! <Surprised>

I purchased Junkfilter plus in December 2008 and my pc crashed a couple of weeks ago .. when I go to enter the licence no I get a message that "Failed to activate this licence has expired." I have paid £24.95 to be able to use the junkfilter plus. Can you please assist me.

I have a lifetime membership i bought in 2003 I cant seem to get an answer about what I am able to do with my Incredimail. Am I able to back up and inport transfers etc... with a code or do I need a special code. I am not understanding what is going on with Incredimail and what I am getting now.

I have tried everything to get my license re-entered. It's a lifetime license and it says that it cannot be used again. I had to format my computer and I am now using my friend's to get this post done. How do I fix this? I did try removing the license file, uninstalling and reinstalling....nothing works! My Gold and My BackUP both entered just fine. It's the PLUS that won't! emoticon-0121-angry Jennye

Same here with lifetime membershio for Incredimail Plus. When I contact Purchase...they keep sending me the Junk Filter Plus and the Gold Gallery licenses...Gold Gallery is also a lifetime membership.
