I purchased the Premium AND Gold packages when they first were rolled out - as lifetime purchases!!!!
NOW everything is renewable and I'm getting ads on my incredimail!!!!
What is going on and why are you changing subscriptions like this???
I don't think it's fair!
I'm definitely NOT getting what I paid for!!

And to try to get in touch with 'customer service' is a joke. that's not funny. feeling <Sad Smile>

If you have purchased lifetime subscriptions - there is no need to purchase the same products again.

Please click the 'Help' menu and select 'Licenses' - which products appear in the window that opens? If you do not see IncrediMail Premium and Gold Gallery, please register them to be able to use the product features again.

I also purchased a lifetime Gold Membership, and installed Incredimail on a new PC. I received links to download all Gold content - as it told me I was unable to download the Gold stuff any longer - and when I go to 'Help' and select 'Licenses', it shows Gold. Why am I seeing ads and 'Become a Gold Member' in the top right corner? This is becoming very frustrating. Please help, as I've gotten nowhere with the tickets and emails in search of help.

When you click the 'Help' menu and select 'Licenses' do you see products other than Gold Gallery, or only Gold Gallery?
