New registration code not working

I had a gold gallery lifetime membership that I could not get to work on a new computer so I purchased a new year membership and that won't work either! Have followed instructions completely! Getting very frustrated.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced, and ensure you your Gold Gallery Lifetime subscription will never expire, and you will always be able to access and use all Gold Gallery content from your IncrediMail program.



Due to changes in the IncrediMail website, IncrediMail is offering Gold Gallery users the ability to download each Gold Gallery Category (Ecards, Letters, Animations, Sounds, and Notifiers) in one easy-to-use click, similar to the previous ability to download entire Collections in one click.



Please understand your Gallery Gold Gallery Content will always be accessible through your IncrediMail program and the ability to use Lifetime Gold Gallery Content is and always will be Lifetime.



You may easily download each Category, and they will be imported to your Style Box or your Notifier dialog. That way your Gold Gallery Content will be available to you directly in your IncrediMail program without having to visit the Gallery and download each Content file individually.

Simply click each collection at a time, then click the 'Download' button on the top right corner of the screen and select 'Direct Download'.

Since all Gold Gallery Content is now available as one download for each Category, you won't have to worry about missing any Content - it will be available to you in the Style Box and Notifier dialog.

I have the Gold Gallery content already but can't use it because my registration code will not go through. When I try to activate it, it says registered successfully but the code does not show in the license box.

In order to solve the issue you encountered, please do the following:

Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon and select 'Exit'.
Browse to the following path:

Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IncrediMail\Data

Windows Vista / 7 – C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data
Completely delete the 'Licenses' folder.
After deleting the 'Licenses' folder, try to register your IncrediMail product again.
Please let me know the results.

OK. I did as requested. and not only can I not use my Lifetime Gold Gallery code not The new year code I purchased, I lost the Lifetime Premium license code also. Now I have nothing!

What is the problem you encounter when entering the codes? Do you get an error message? Please elaborate on what exactly occurs.

It says this code cannot be automatically activated again.. I have since returned the new code for a refund and have reformatted my PC. I got my lifetime Premium code to register correctly but not gold.

V.I.P Support came through and reset my Lifetime code for me! Happy now!
