Need my license reset

I had to restore my computer. So I had to reinstall IncrediMail. When I go to add my license back, I get this message:
"The code can not be automatically activated again." So it most likely needs to be reset for incrediMail premium. I have tried completely deleting the license folder... it did not work.
Using windows 7. browser is Firefox 17.0.1
IncrediMail is version 2.0
