Registration Recovery

I purchased Incredimail and Letter creator and when I upgraded to windows 8 i lost the registration information. I have emailed the registration center with my email address and I get the message


Your email has been submitted to the Registration Code Recovery Search. An email with your original code(s) will be sent to you shortly along with directions on how to manually activate the code again.

Thank you for your patience.

Well I have done this for 2 weeks now with no response. How long does it usually take?

Same situation. I to have requested my code at least three times and have been unable to get any response from incredible mail. Can anybody help?

I have send eMail for reseting my IncrediMail registration codes, but I dont get any Help?
Cant you Help my, Please?
How long must i wait for solution of this problem?
