Registration Code not recognised

Hello, I'm once again seeking help with my Incredimail registration code, the programme does not recognise my code. I had previously asked for help from this forum and was ably assisted, however the moderator could not find registration details for my product but was able to send me a code. My question is; why doesn't my product show as being registered even though I did over 7 years ago? Any help in this matter would be gratefully accepted. Regards
