Problems with Gold License

At first: sorry for my english.
I use since a long time Incredimail Gold and Premium Licenses. Today I made a new Windoxs install (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit) because of a virus. I saved my Inredimail Data. After the new install of Incredimail I vcannot use the Premium license. The Gold license can be saved as registration code but I cannot load Skins and I have the advertising, When I try to load some Gold Skins from the gallery I get the link to buy it again.
I removed the folder licenses and installed incredimail again but whithout success.
What can I do now?

I think the problem is my incedimal premium license, its not accepted. Is there no on who can help me?
