Question about Gold Gallery!!

Hi Everyone,

I have a question about the Gold Gallery?
I have registered my Gold Gallery, but when i want to download something of de gold gallery it says that i need to install gold gallery???????
Can anybody help me with this?
But its not that i cant download anything because sometimes when i click download all it works and it will download but then a little later on when i want to click emoticons (for example) i will get te message where it says that i need to buy gold gallery?
Im i the only one with that problem? Hope i will get a answer :)

To provide me with more information, please fully answer the following questions:

1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Help' menu, select 'Licenses' and let me know if your Gold Gallery license appears in the Licenses box.

2. Do you use 'Pest Patrol' or any other Cookie Cleaner program? If you are, please disable it.

3. What is your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) ?

4. Are you able to download Gold Gallery content using Internet Explorer ?

5. Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon and select 'Exit'.

6. Try to download Gold Gallery content again and let me know the results.
