Incredimail plus, no code

I bought the program yesterday. The fee was taken out of my account, however, I am still waiting for the code. Is there a problem?

I had the same problem couple of days ago. Send one email only to the "IncrediMail support center " and it works fine.They will help you immediately. Try it !

ich habe einige Codes gehabt, durch Festplattenreparatur habe ich alles verloren

Ich bekomme immer von Premium den Schlüssel zum Einfügen, das funktioniert nur nicht, hatte auch Backup gehabt, das Backup ist gesichert, nur das Programm zur Rücksicherung fehlt. Ich hatte auch Gold und das Buendle

and still have difficulty speaking English
I am trying to activate my incredmail, however says that it can not be
registered automatically and asks to get in touch with you, want it
corrected this error, so I can register again, I bought the product a few
years and would like to use it again
