Help with Activation Code

Please help me resolve an issue with a charge to my paypal account 4/4/13. I was notified my account had been charged $39.95 for "Protection Center"....this was an automatic renewal. The problem is.......Several months ago I uninstalled incredimail after one of the updates due to several problems. I have been a paying member for several years and have a lifetime licenses. After receiving this charge I re-installed incredimail in order to contact VIP support.

I contacted them to get the activation code for the Protection Center of which they had just charged to me. They sent me the following codes:

IM_PREM-, IM_LTWIZ-, IM_SUPERPACK-, IM_GOLD-........Those I do not need. I need the code for the new charge....order #3778257 / Invoice #:622974. I sent several emails to different departments and the ones that were answered were all the same.......they sent all the codes EXCEPT the new charge.

I was so frustrated ...... it seems no one could understand my request. I even posted to the FB page and did not receive an answer. I have filed a complaint on my PayPal charge as "Item not received".......if I do not have an activation code the product is of no use.

If someone on here can take charge and resolve this issue I will be glad to withdraw my complaint at PayPal and close the dispute issue.

I will be happy just to receive the CODE........Thanks for any assistance

can you help me create walla.co.il email accounts because i cannot understand the captcha code in hebrew that is required to create the account.I want to create 5 email accounts.

You can create the account with the user name Jerome Hurst for various uses

Same problem the code does not work for spam blocker, the problem the media does not answer.

when i send them an e mail i keep geting the same answer
no solutions,,,,,, why
