Cannot register premium account

I am an incredimail user and purchased a lifetime membership years ago. I purchased a new laptop and my incredimail downloaded perfectly from my back up but this new computer had some serious issues so I had to return it for a new one. Now my incredimail will not work with my premium & gold numbers. Since I know it should work what do I do?

I have uninstalled, reinstalled. Tried the fix in another message by exiting and deleting the license folder only to have the license folder to return the moment incredimail is opened. I have requested incredimail to send me codes that work and more than likely this is a automated responses as none of those codes will work. I keep getting the error this code cannot be reactivated.

I need incredimail that I use with my ebay business.

Please help me.

I can provide more information if you need it. I also have a repair ticket sent to incredimail that I haven't received a response yet.

SOLVED! Just got a email from incredimail that they were able to reset my codes!!!

I am trying to activate my incredmail, however says that it can not be
registered automatically and asks to get in touch with you, want it
corrected this error, so I can register again, I bought the product a few
years and would like to use it again
already sent emails to purchase however not have any return
