Lost code purchased with old email

I have requested the assistance via help section in my Incredimail. I reinstalled Incredimail on PC ( I had to reformat) I need my registration code but I no longer have access to the email I purchased it with. How do I get a hold of the registration code. I refuse to purchase it AGAIN. Thank you for any help.

I updated to incredimail 2.0 and now my IM_PREMIUM code doesn't work. I thought this was a lifetime license. What's the deal?
