My IMPLUS code doesnt work

Hi,

My old Incredi license expired so I bought a new one. I paid full $25.79, including taxes. But My license doesn't work. I have tried everything in your forum. Re installing, Deleting license folder but nothing seem to work. After I enter the license, it says, thank you for purchasing incrediMail product, Product: Incredimail plus, registered to : Blank (ther is nothing there) and then, license doesn't show up and I cannot use any IM plus features like disabling the advertisement. I am using windows 8.1. My old license was working fine on windows 8.1
