invalid code?

I just bought a new computer with Windows 10 on it and am having trouble transferring my Incredimail Premium from my old computer to my new one. I downloaded 2.5 to my new laptop but when I tried to transfer my license number, the message said the number was invalid. I am assuming that I will have the same problem with Letter Creator when I try to set that up later
