Incredimail Premium Code

I hit with a virus (fun) and had to wipe everything off. Which leave me to reinstall incredimail (which I did). But... I don't have my email address anymore to replace my code. I have sent in the request with my new email address and all info off from my sales receipt.

I am wondering how long I have to wait - I look through but only see answers that were private which didn't help me any (sorry). I really would like to know so I can have the full benefit of my mail program back!
