Incredimail Plus NOT working.

Why doesn't my premium membership work? I've entered my code now, twice. It accepts it but I'm still not getting the Incredimail Plus features, it keeps telling me I need to upgrade!!!!

I've added them, they don't work. I removed them, uninstalled, reinstalled, re-added the codes, they don't work.
What gives.

Don't ask me about cookies, the program itself is asking me to upgrade, even though BOTH licenses show up.

Please advise.

P.S. I've read every forum topic, obviously they were unhelpful/do not address my concern.

I paid $19.99 and my plus membership does not seem to work.

Submitted a ticket awhile back to purchase@incredimail.com and support@incredimail.com, to with i've got no reply.

Request #87915 I was given.

In order to solve the issue you encountered, I would like you to delete the IncrediMail Licenses folder by clicking here:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

After deleting the 'Licenses' folder, try to register your IncrediMail product again, and let me know the results.
