Licenses for IM Premium on 2 computers not working

I have IM Premium on 2 computers (each with their own license). Yesterday, both computers lost their license information. When I enter the license number I get this message: Invalid registratoin code. Please make sure that you have entered the correct code. (which, of course, I've double checked multiple times)

I've had both computers for several years (both with IM Prem for several years) with no problems. The only thing I can think of that has changed recently is that I downloaded the free photo maker on both computers when it came out (approximately 1 month ago). Both computers use Windows XP and IE 7 (I can't upgrade to IE 8 because of a program I use for work).

Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, how did you correct it?
