Incredimail does not start more

Hi I'm new here, I use Incredimail for years, but now he no longer start on inneens and I get this message, the program could not be started because URIMHttpComm.dll is missing from your Computer but when I put a new download am I lost everything, how do I fix it???

To address this issue, please extract the attached file using WinRAR or WinZip and then place the IMHttpComm.dll file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\IncrediMail\Bin" folder.

After that, please try opening IncrediMail.
