Regestration Code Problem

Hi,

I uninstalled Incredimail a few years back and I have decided to reinstall. Now when I try to insert my code it says my code cannot be automatically activated again and for me to contact support. I contacted purchase department a couple weeks ago and no reply. What do I need to do to activate my incredimail premium license?
