i need help with my code, i recently upgraded from desktop to laptop, exported my incredimail but am unable to register, i have sent in the form i see posted in responses but no help in over a week. how can i fix this please?

I've downloaded the free 2.5 version of incredimail, as a update of my free 2.0 version and after that, this is the message that constantly appears when i try to open it:

Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 00000000

I do not want to lose all my data, nor remove incredimail

Such unusual issues can often be solved by deleting the IncrediMail "Runtime" folder.

To delete the Runtime folder, please run the following executable:

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.

If the problem continues, I would like you to try uninstalling and then reinstalling IncrediMail 2.5.

As the uninstall script only removes the exe/dll files, your existing data and settings should not be affected.

Note: Please copy and paste the following instructions into Notepad or Word, as the message will no longer be visible after uninstalling IncrediMail.

To uninstall IncrediMail 2.5, please go to Start > Settings > System > Apps and features, select "IncrediMail 2.5" and click on "Uninstall".

After the uninstall completes, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5:

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.

If the problem still continues, it's possible the issue you encountered is because another program running on your computer is conflicting with IncrediMail.

Therefore, please disable all of the startup programs in Windows as instructed in the online article at:

After that, please restart your computer and then open the IncrediMail application.
