Gold membership registration do not work

I purchased today a bundle, that will say, Incredimail plus, Gold membership, protection and got icredimail backup with the bundle. Everything works PERFECTLY, except for my gold membership. I have pasted in the registration code in the help tab, where it says enter registration code. And under the license it shows clearly that I have license for a gold membership. But when i go to the gallery to download gold content and push the download button, it goes directly to the upgrade/purchase section. <Sad Smile> Not to happy about this. It kind of make me feel that I have vaisted money on something that does not work... <Sad Smile>

Some help please...
