Registration for Lifetime Premium and Lifetime Gold

I purchase Incredimail Premium Lifetime in 2003 and lifetime Gold Gallery in 2007. I needed tech support for an issue in Windows 10 and the VIP Support said to delete the "License" folder in Incredimail. I did this. They told me after doing this just add the registration codes back and I would be all set. Well I did this and now it keeps telling me I need to reactivate the codes. Please help all I have now is the free version and no longer can use Premium functions or Gold Items from Gallery or the ones I have already downloaded. Please help me on this.
