I had purchased an Incredimail Gold and Incredimail Premium/Plus Licenses several years ago. One time I lost them, and I was able to get them back from Incredimail and saved them in my saved emails. I recently had a virus and had to reformat my system And lost my saved emails. When I request my license codes from Incredimail, as all I get is a recent license that I ordered for the Protection product. Can anyone help? Are my two licenses lost forever?
