Can not reinstall my Activation Code !

I install Incredimail on my computer, after a while the hard drive crash, I bought a new Hard Drive, I reinstall Xp Sp3 back, and all my stuff.
When it was Incredimail turn, It gives me an error: That my code can't be install automatically again, because it is active in another computer
but we're talking about the damage hard drive. Now I have been sending a bunch of emails to Incredimail support team, and guess what
NOTHING, no body helps me out, in this matter, I paid $49 for the bundle and no support at this time. Please Support team take an action
on this !
