Gold Gallery access

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
No change in software or hard ware.

I cannot access Incredimail Gold. I am a life time member for Incredimail: Gold Gallery; Premium and Emoticon Super Pack. All Licenses are installed and verified.
All three worked for years. Suddenly access to Gold disappeared on both Firefox and IE. I have done the following:
1. Up graded both browsers (IE ver. 8 and Fire fox 3.6.3).
2. Followed guidance from VIP service re resetting IE ver 8.
3. Government wiped the HD and reinstalled WIN XP.
4. With only XP (SP2); IE 5 running I downloaded IncrediMail and installed it with all three licenses.
5. Deleted licenses and reinstalled - successfully.
After performing all these actions (plus others) the problem remains. IncrediMail Gallery does not recognize that I have the Gold license and insists that I buy it.

I can download upgrades to browsers, drivers, etc. I can get IncrediMail’s mail, and basic letter gallery and Emoticon, Notifier and skins. Everything works except no access to Gold. There are no error messages. IncrediMail does no recognize that I have a license.
