Gold Gallery won't open for me :(

Hi, I just purchased the lifetime Gold license, but when I go to the website, it wants me to purchase - I did enter my registration code without problems, so not sure why this is happening.

I'm using Windows 7 and Incredimail 2 - I had been having a problem with the xe version since getting my new computer with Windows 7 on it - the program would restart each time I'd send an email - it isn't doing that as of right now, thank God, but I need the fix for the Gold version please :)
