Lifetime member can't download GOLD or PREMIUM Content

Postby gamehunter2000L » Mon Dec 06, 2010 6:15 pm

Hello,
I am lifetime member of IncrediMail. I cannot download content from GOLD or PREMIUM to my IncrediMail box.
I have read and tried everything suggested on this site, but nothing works. I have also tried installing IncrediMail 2,
including the FULL INSTALL, as well as removing licenses, and reinstalling licenses. Nothing works. I am using IE8 on a Vista Computer. If you need more information, please advise. Thank you.

That is EXACTLY what I tried and the only one of the suggestions I didn't do was asking me to find C: documents and settings... on my vista computer, which IS NOT THERE, so I could not do that. The C drive is there, but there is no documents and settings on mine. I even tried to type it in, substituting my name for "user name"....no documents and settings here. Everything else here...I already tried....and it still does not work. But thanks for trying to help me. ;)

Did you try to reset your Internet Explorer settings ?

Also, you can block all cookies in your Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options..'. Select the 'Privacy' tab, click 'Default' and move the slider up to the maximum level - 'Block All Cookies'.

Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' dialog, click here and try to download content from the Gold Gallery.
Best regards,

Hi,
I did what you suggested....BLOCKED ALL COOKIES....then tried to download "SAND CRAB" under the
'SEASHORES" collection under the 'NATURE" tab. (I should mention this is not even a gold or premium stationary,
yet I cannot download it no matter what I try)......and BLOCKING ALL COOKIES did not work. But thank you for
trying to help me ;)

Hi gamehunter2000L,

You should find you cookie folder here:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies

If you don't see it there:
Be advised it's hidden file. So make sure you're set up the option to view hidden files.
To view hidden files: From the 'Control Panel' select 'folder options' then click on the 'view' tab and make sure 'view hidden files' option is checked. Then click 'OK'.

Hope that helps.
