VIP Support

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall Incredimail. I have Gold Gallery and Letter Creator back on my computer, but it shows that I do not have VIP support anymore. I paid for this service a long time ago. I purchased Plus at one time, but do not have this anymore. I have entered my registration codes and activated all that it will let me, But NO VIP service. I have spent a lot of $ and now I cannot even get support at all. There should be a place where I can send an email to someone about this?

Hi,

Sounds like you'll have to wait for Incredimail support to respond and reset you codes.

Can you please list the specific features that are not working so we can see what this is related to?

Are you able to download and use Skins?

Can you use the Advanced Account Access, Voice Recorder, or any other Premium features?

Is your Gold Gallery license working alright?

I am able to download gold gallery. I had a question about finding back up information, but honestly my mother passed away Saturday and I have totatally forgot what question I had. I just want to know why I cannot access VIP support any more. In the top right corner I still get the ads. I paid not to get those and now I am again.

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Help' menu, select 'Licenses' and let me know if your IncrediMail Premium (Or Plus) license appears in the Licenses box.

No, only Incredimail Gold Gallery and Letter Creator. But I know I have the one that has support and no advertisements

That's the Premium (or Plus code)...

Please insert that code in IncrediMail, and let me know the results.

I have activated both of those codes and I have gold gallery and lettor creator, but still no VIP support AND I am still getting the ads in the top right corner of my email.
